HOTEL RULES AND MANAGEMENT POLICIES
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and the “Hotel Eden Serenity Management” under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s): –
1. TARIFF
The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable Meals and other services are available at extra cost. To know your room tariff, please contact the Front Desk, guest registration forms must be signed on arrival.
Room Key Card to be left at the Reception Counter at the time of Checkout or while leaving the hotel premise. In case for loss/damage of Key Card for any reason whatsoever, the guest shall be liable for fine of Rs 500/-.
2. SETTLEMENT OF BILL
Bills must be settled on presentation. Cheques are not acceptable by the hotel. Should the Individual/Organization fail to settle the bill, the guest will be liable to pay.
3. HOTEL POLICY
• Unmarried couple are strictly not allowed.
• More than two visitors are not allowed in the guest room.
• Visitors are allowed in the room only till 20:00 hour.
• Liquor Strictly Prohibited.
4. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY:
Check in time 12:00 hours – Check out time 11:00 hours – Any early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and charges as per hotel policy. Any early departure would be liable to pay full stay.
5. NO SMOKING
Entire premise is Non-Smoking. Designated smoking area is provided. If found smoking within the premise the concern person will be liable with the fine of Rs 2000/-.
6. COMPANY’S LIEN ON GUEST’s LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS
In case of default in payment of dues by the guest, the Management shall be entitled to a lien on the luggage & belongings and to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time after the day of departure without referring to the guest and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards amount due by the guest.
7. GUEST VALUABLES AND BELONGINGS
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out and going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables.
The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
8. HAZARDOUS GOODS
Storing of cinema films raw and exposed or any other articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in guest’s room/s or storing is strictly prohibited.
9. MANAGEMENT RIGHT
The Management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any Guest to vacate his/her room at any time without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate the room when requested to do so. In case of default, Management will be entitled to remove the luggage of the guest from the room occupied by him/her and lock the room at guest risk and consequences.
10. RELATION BETWEEN GUEST AND MANAGEMENT
Nothing hereinabove shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part or portion thereof, in favor of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises.
11. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by them or their friends or by any person for whom they are responsible.
12. LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage may be stored in the Luggage Room at the guest’s sole risk. Luggage must not be stored for a period over 7 days
13. NO PETS POLICY
Ours is a strictly No-Pet Hotel. Please observe the discipline.
14. GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
Guest are requested to observe the government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, ALTER, OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.
